This is a great starter station which has always produced consistent numbers! Located on a main intersection there is a steady flow of traffic. Currently they are pumping over 130,000 gallons per month and this will go up in the summer. They are in the process of adding a convenience store so the numbers being shown do not include convenience store sales. The station is an off brand and has a canopy. The owner spends very little time on sight so consider this an absentee operation. What makes this a great starter station is the owner is willing to train a first time buyer at no additional cost.
